Our room was a good size and had a hot tub, which was just what we needed. Having climate control and a writing desk was a nice bonus. the staff were all very friendly and helpful. 😊

They offer nice continental breakfast, a small refrigerator and microwave. It makes the stay nice. Also, the room is very nice and clean.

The smoking smell.

really nice experience there. cool king room on hot tub. accommodating, attentive stuff towards all guests. location - easy just next door to new haven, the grocery store and branford. also, close to a nice brewery.

The place was spotless and the friendly staff made it welcoming; the room was modern with a hot tub and a comfortable bed, plus its convenient location near a grocery store was great.

The laundry room was not clean and the two dryer were out of order.

Newly decorated place, brand-new rooms. The rooms with 1 queen bed, a pull out sofa and a bath tub. Great choice for weekend.

Bad smell in the room.

This recently updated hotel with its warm hospitality provides a wonderful stay, and we'd choose to stay here again if we come back.

Easy off/on highway

Misleading information on website in regards to local attractions - listed ocean beach as 5 miles away when it was actually over 50 miles away we chose this hotel because of it's listed proximity to specific beach and it wasn't anywhere near hotel as promised. Wifi didn't work. Ran out of food at free breakfast and not enough room for people to sit and eat. Overall very disappointed in stay here

The room was comfortable, clean, and easily accessible by car. Drive-up free parking was nice.

The breakfast eating area was small and crowded. I had to report two needed repairs that should have been fixed before I checked into the room. The walls were thin, easily heard adjacent noise.

The bed in my room was exceptionally comfortable. the room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a fridge. - Having a tub in the private bathroom was a plus. - the location was convenient, just a pleasant stroll away from Woodwinds.

Great rate for clean room with comfie bed that was very dog-friendly. Also liked pool and hard-boiled eggs at breakfast.

The rooms were a good size and comfortable. The hotel is very good for business travellers and is aimed more for these clientele more then the tourist

On every hotel i always book if they have a pool. this pool was very small and the sauna was in seperate changing rooms so i couldn't sit with my partner while using the sauna

The staff here were really friendly, and the room was quite spacious with a nice hot tub, everything was just great.
